PuuInfo's Puupalkinto (Wood award) is given annually for a Finnish building, interior or structure that represents a high-quality Finnish wood architecture or construction. In 2016 wooden apartment building Mäihä is nominated for Puupalkinto -Prize.  

This year, total of thirteen proposals arrived to the Puupalkinto -competition, of which the pre-jury nominated eight proposals for public vote and jury election. Similarly as in recent years, it is possible to vote for Puupalkinto candidates online.
